  • Analysed, reviewed and completed preliminary costs to help client with the acquisition of the site.
  • Liaised with Redland City Council, TMR and SARA to discuss the existing Serpentine Creek Road upgrade, the realignment of the internal waterway and the external water main upgrades
  • Undertook site gradings, stormwater review and earthworks iterations of the realignment of the existing mapped waterway to optimise the subdivision layout.
  • Undertook preliminary civil engineering design and provided a Civil Engineering Servicing Report to support a Development Application to Redland City Council. Assisted in the Court mediation of the development approval.
  • Undertook detailed civil engineering design and obtained Redland City Council approval for the internal civil works as well as SARA approval for the realigned waterway.
  • Undertook the contract administration and construction inspections of the internal civil works.
