Pro-Active Input

- Conceptual Planning Assistance for Eastern and Southern Precincts, MUS provided input and assistance in the preparation of the lot layout for site in conjunction with surveyors and town planners. Including input from a civil engineering point of view which includes the impact of existing topography on the layout, servicing strategies etc.
- Provided Preliminary investigation and report of existing services and facilities, and Council’s future plans of their location. Prepared broad-brush bulk earthworks analysis and general grades of the proposed roads within the development.
- Stage 3 Approval Amendment and Contract Administration, assisted and coordinated with Council the amendments conditions with the design engineering.
- Prepared detailed Civil Engineering Design and submission of OPW applications for Stages 2 & 4 and liaised with Council to obtain operational works approval.
- Performed the Preparation of Civil Tender and Contract, Site Inspections and Contract Administration.
