Flinders is a large land holding of 3,919 hectares located partially within the Greater Flagstone Priority Development Area. The masterplan for Flinders Lakes accommodates approximately 20,000 homes with Town and Neighbouring Centres providing schools, commercial and retail opportunities. It will be home to an estimated population of 50,000. The project also involves the construction of a feature lake and approximately 7.5km of infrastructure external to the project (roads, railway crossing, drainage, and services).

- Strategic and Statutory Land Use Planning Capacity as the Lead Consultant.
- Civil Engineering advice and detailed design.
- Coordination with Sub-Consultants (ecology, cultural heritage, traffic, stormwater management, structural, etc.) to deliver the Client’s project objectives.
- Input into Infrastructure Agreements to deliver critical infrastructure.
- As a result of the collaborative approach taken by the project team, Flinders is producing exemplary design outcomes that promote the Flinders Lakes Vision “to be a sustainable township that nurtures a happy community, sustains a healthy environment, and celebrates its natural setting and heritage.
